The Compassionate Leadership Apprenticeship is delivered over a period of 18 months through a hybrid blend of our unique online course CLA Digital, an additional 4 management modules and accompanying masterclasses. Any of your employees over 16 who manage teams and/or projects, achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of the delivery of the organisations strategy, can enrol on the CLA Apprenticeship programme, funded through the Apprenticeship Levy Scheme

Level 5 - Operations & Departmental Manager

An operations/departmental manager is someone who manages teams and/or projects, achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the orgaisations strategy.

The Apprenticeship can be accessed through the RoATP IXION - an Ofsted "outstanding" training providor of skills and education.

  • Who can be an Apprentice?
    Anyone is England aged 16 or above (there is no upper age limit), whether employed, unemployed or leaving school.  Employers can offer apprenticeships to new entrants or use them to grow talent from among current employees.

    At least 90% of non-levy paying employers' apprenticeship training & assessment costs in England will be paid by the government.  The governement will ask these employers to make a 10% cash contribution to the cost, paid directly to the providor, and the government covers the rest (up to a maximum agreed funding band).
